The Capitol Residence, a 4-star hotel in Cattolica in the center and near the sea, has been completely renovated. It is managed directly by the owners, has a heated swimming pool, panoramic wellness area, children's playground area and apartments of various types. It admits animals of all sizes for a fee.
The residence is located in the center of Cattolica, a couple of minutes' walk from the beach.
All apartments have a living room, dining room with kitchenette equipped with crockery, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electronic safe and microwave oven, LCD TV with Sky Gold Vision (from 01/06 to 15/09) and on request shopping trolley. DELUXE: renovated in 2021-2022, they have a large equipped terrace on the pedestrian promenade, kitchenette with induction hobs, kettle on request. A double bedroom with 3rd bed, a double bedroom, double sofa bed and two bathrooms, one of which with shower cubicle and hairdryer. Bed linen with a weekly change and towels with change 2 times a week. Three LCD TVs, one of which with Sky (from 01/06 to 15/09). Air conditioning, free wi-fi and unlimited access to the wellness area with solarium terrace on the 5th floor, hydromassage, emotional shower, Finnish sauna and relaxation area, herbal teas and magazines. PENTHOUSE: recently renovated, they have an equipped terrace and balcony with sea view, living room, dining room with equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer, 2 LCD TVs with Sky Gold Vision, bed linen with 2 changes a week and bathroom with 3 changes per week. They include: air conditioning, electric broom, Nespresso coffee machine, DVD, services for children (seat, safety rails, changing table), beach towel, unlimited access to the wellness area, welcome cocktail, courtesy set and newspaper of your choice. They can be two-room or three-room apartments.
CARDUCCI: 50 meters from the Capitol Residence in a completely renovated building, they are divided into two-room and three-room apartments and all the services of the apartments in the main building.
Heated swimming pool, panoramic wellness area, gym, sun terrace, free bicycles also with child seats, 24-hour reception, TV room with library, lift. For a fee: laundry, dryer, ironing, daily tidying up of the apartments, beach towel (free in the suite/penthouse).
PARKING: covered parking at 1 km, served by a shuttle. Parking spaces in 2 garages, one at 30m and the other at 300m.
WI-FI: free with fiber throughout the entire hotel.
