DESCRIPTION

The Hotel Residence Torretta is a 3-star hotel with swimming pool in Cattolica which includes a hotel structure, a residence with 2 types of two-room apartments and the historic early 20th-century Villa Frascaroli. It is conveniently located between the sea and the centre, a short distance from the beach, the port and the new Darsena. It has a heated swimming pool at 28-29° with hydromassage, free Wi-Fi also in the room and a large garden with games for children under 8 years old. Accept small pets.

LOCATION

The property is located near the sea, on the road that connects the historic center to the seafront, the port and the new Darsena. With a few steps you reach the seafront and in 10 minutes on foot you reach piazzale 1 Maggio with the dancing fountains and the pedestrian area. The Cattolica Aquarium is a 10-minute drive away.

ROOMS

The recently refurbished rooms offer sea, pool or interior views. They all have a balcony, independent air conditioning system, satellite TV, 100 Mbit/s fiber Wi-Fi, safety deposit box, telephone, safe, complete bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and courtesy set.
FAMILIES: family and connecting rooms are available.

APARTMENTS

The Residence is a structure adjacent to the hotel, made up of two-room and two-room plus apartments with a total of 48 beds. All apartments have a microwave oven, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe and independent air conditioning system. The guests of the residence can use all the services and comforts of the hotel. On the day of arrival, the apartments are handed over by 4.00 pm.
TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS: 42 m2 in size with a 3 m2 balcony, located on the first and second floors. They can accommodate from 2 to 4 people, have a large living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and double bedroom with large balcony. Private bathroom with shower box and hairdryer.
TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS PLUS: 42 m2 one-bedroom apartment with 14 m2 attic and 3.5 m2 terrace. They are located on the third floor. They can accommodate up to 6 people. In addition to the features of the two-room apartments, they offer 2 extra beds in the attic with a small bathroom and terrace, connected to the lower floor with a spiral staircase, it is perfect for children and teenagers. During the stay, the bed linen and towels are changed twice a week for free.

SERVICES

Garden area, heated swimming pool with hydromassage and solarium, free use of bicycles, rumpus room bar, reading room, living room and relaxation area, newspapers available in the hall, lift, free beach towel (on request with deposit).
PARKING: uncovered places in an internal, uncovered, fenced but unguarded car park; to which are added some places in the garage. Another 9 spaces are available in a garage 100 m from the hotel. All solutions must be booked in advance.
WI-FI: 100 Mbit/s fiber, free throughout the entire hotel.
AIR CONDITIONING: the structure is entirely air-conditioned.
AGREEMENTS: beach. Upon request: organized excursions, tickets for amusement parks and discos.
BIKE HOTEL: routes and maps, closed bike room, energy breakfasts, bike washing area, workshop dedicated to bicycle repair and maintenance. On request: medical and physiotherapy assistance and guides.
PETS: small-sized pets allowed in the hotel with a supplement, small and medium-sized pets in the apartments; beach access and veterinary service available upon request.

FOOD

BREAKFAST: buffet breakfast with sweet and savory dishes. It is consumed in the restaurant, or you can move with your own tray to the pool area.
LUNCH AND DINNER: in the restaurant room overlooking the swimming pool and garden, 3-choice menus are served with traditional Romagna dishes, followed by a buffet of appetizers and seasonal vegetables. A rich cellar of local wines and specialties is available.
CHANGES: vegetarian dishes and cuisine with gluten free products.
OTHER: those staying in the residence can have breakfast and dinner at the restaurant or take advantage of the take-away service to dine in the apartment. At the bar it is possible to have aperitifs and cocktails.
