The residence is located in Riccione, a 5-minute walk from the beach, Viale Ceccarini and the railway station.

Two-room, three-room and four-room apartments are available. They have a balcony, kitchen with appliances (washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven or microwave), Smart satellite TV in the bedroom and living area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, electronic safe, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set. On request: mid-week cleaning and linen change.
BE-Luxury : one bedroom apartment on the ground floor for 4-5 people, without architectural barriers. It has a living room, kitchenette, double bedroom, 1 or 2 bathrooms, private garden.
BE-Luxury Executive : two-room apartment on 2 levels located in the annexe and able to accommodate up to 5 people. On the ground floor it has a living area with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and private garden, while on the first floor it has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
T-Luxury : three-room apartment on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. It can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private garden.
Q-Luxury Superior : four-room apartment for 6-8 people. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a living room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace and balcony.
Q-Luxury Executive : four-room apartment on the 1st floor that can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of a living room, kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace and balcony.

PARKING: 9 uncovered parking spaces in the structure and reserved parking space in the garage 500 m from the hotel. Alternatively, free and paid public parking nearby.
