The Hotel Viking is situated in a very quiet place, just a few steps from the sea, the ideal spot for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The swimming-pool, ideal for children and adults, is fully equipped and exposed to the sun all day long. The average temperature is 28-30 degrees, a wide solarium stretches along the swimming-pool surrounded by wood panels, trees and flowers.
A fantastic therapeutic Maxi Jacuzzi™ is always at disposal in the pool area. Its capacity, such as to host 5-6 people, its volume of water of about 1500 litres surrounds elegantly 33 varied measured water-jet propellers and 14 air-jets. The cuisine, whom the owners personally take care of, is varied and well-prepared, and of course it offers specialities of the Emilia Romagna region, with some national insertions. The menu is at choice and is accompanied by a rich buffet selection of cooked and raw vegetables. Breakfast is buffet-style too, and homemade cakes are often served, as well as brioches, juices, coffee, cappuccinos... Once a week or more homemade pasta, “piadina” of Romagna, “passatelli”, “lasagne al forno” and other typical local dishes. A very good-kept cellar, which counts more than 40 labels of the most prestigious Italian wines, as well as a series of great wines which can be tasted under the guidance of a AIS sommelier.
