DESCRIPTION
The Belvedere Vista Residence is accessible to people with disabilities and has a sun terrace, outdoor parking, garage, fast Wi-Fi with fiber and coin-operated laundry. It offers the possibility to choose between two-room apartments facing the sea or sea view and attic facing the sea. It accepts pets of all sizes, which also have access to the affiliated bathing establishments.
LOCATION
The property is located directly on the beach of Viserbella, a quiet hamlet north of Rimini full of shops, playgrounds for children, cycle paths and equipped beaches.
APARTMENTS
You can choose between two-room apartments with sea view or seafront and seafront penthouse. All apartments are equipped with TV, 200 Mbit/s fiber Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen can be hired (it is advisable to request them at the time of booking), final cleaning is subject to charges and it is possible to request daily cleaning.
TWO-ROOM APARTMENT: composed of a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a third bed, kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and large balcony. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery.
SEA FRONT PENTHOUSE: on the top floor overlooking the sea, it consists of 2 double bedrooms with the possibility of adding a third bed, bathroom with shower and kitchen. It has 3 balconies: one overlooking the sea in the kitchen and two facing the sea in the bedrooms.
