The Perla Residence offers eleven two-room apartments a few steps from the sea. The structure is equipped with fast Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and sea view apartments. Small pets allowed.
The residence is located a few steps from the beach and the promenade. In a few minutes you can reach the thermal baths of Rimini, the Miramare station and the Fiabilandia theme park. The bus stop no. 11 which connects Rimini center and Riccione is just a few meters away.
Residence Perla offers two types of apartments, both including: air conditioning, sitting room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, kitchen, refrigerator, safe, satellite and digital terrestrial TV, 50 Mbit fiber Wi-Fi internet connection/ s, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Cots available on request and fall protection rails.
