DESCRIPTION

LOCATION

The hotel is located in Cattolica in a central and quiet area, a 3-minute walk from the beach and the Darsena Marinai d'Italia. The center of Cattolica, with Piazzale I Maggio, is about ten minutes away on foot, while the Cattolica Aquarium can be reached by car in 5 minutes or by bus in about twenty minutes. Finally, the Cattolica railway station is about ten minutes away on foot and connects Cattolica to Rimini and Riccione.

ROOMS

Most of the rooms have a balcony and two have a sea view. All rooms are equipped with TV or Smart TV (only in Family rooms), Wi-Fi, bathroom with box or shower curtain, hairdryer and courtesy set. For a fee: air conditioning, room service.
CLASSIC: rooms located on the 1st and 2nd floor, ranging from 11 to 15 m2, with large balcony. They can accommodate 1 or 2 people with the possible addition of a cot.
DELUXE: located on the 3rd floor and recently renovated, they are 14 to 18 m2 in size and can accommodate up to 3 people. They have a balcony, some with a sea view. One of these rooms has a bathroom for the disabled.
SUPERIOR: they are 15-18 square meters large and include a double bed and a sofa that can be transformed into a single bed. They can accommodate up to 3 people plus a cot.
FAMILY: from 20 to 24 m² in size, they consist of a double bed and a sitting area with a double sofa bed. They have a balcony and can accommodate up to 5 people.

SERVICES

Open-air porch, terrace, hall with newspapers available, reading room, lift, safe for valuables, left-luggage office, night porter, late check-out subject to availability. For a fee: bike rental and laundry service.
PARKING: uncovered parking spaces inside the property. Alternatively, uncovered parking at 40 m or 400 m. The solutions are available for a fee.
WI-FI: 100 Mbit/s fiber.
AIR CONDITIONING: in the common areas and in the bedrooms.
AGREEMENTS: beach.
DISABLED PEOPLE: entrance on the ground floor with inclined ramp, standard lift for disabled people, bedroom with wheelchair space, one bedroom with bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower.
PETS: admitted of all sizes with supplement. Pets can also access the dining room. On request: veterinarian and agreement with a pet friendly beach.

The hotel has an agreement with Bagni Flora and Carmela n. 18/19, equipped with playground, baby-sitter, relaxation corner with Jacuzzi, bicycles also with child seat, armchair to allow disabled guests to swim in the sea.
