DESCRIPTION
The Peruzzi Urban Residences is a sophisticated bed and breakfast in Florence, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza della Signoria. The structure is housed in an ancient Florentine building recently renovated and offers contemporary design accommodation of various sizes, equipped with private bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating. Guests have access to a concierge service and a 1950s-style wine bar.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
This property is just a 2-minute walk from the Basilica of Santa Croce and 4 minutes from the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Vecchio. The Basilica of Santa Croce, Piazza de' Pitti and the Duomo can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The Santa Maria Novella central station can be reached with a 20-minute walk. The Amerigo Vespucci airport is about 30 minutes by car.

The completely renovated rooms of the B&B have modern furnishings and offer numerous services including individually controlled heating and air conditioning, satellite TV, high-speed Internet connection, private bathroom and safe. There is also an apartment called Il Mezzanino with private entrance, living room and equipped kitchen.
SERVICES
This structure offers a reception and concierge service to provide all the information on Florence and its most evocative places, as well as to organize tours, local cooking lessons and wine tastings. There is a 1950s-inspired wine bar and a shared kitchen. Upon request, it is possible to take advantage of the paid laundry and ironing service, while the Wi-Fi network is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel.
