DESCRIPTION

La Casa di Annusca is a B&B located in the Oltrarno area of Florence, near the Boboli Gardens. The structure, housed in an ancient building, has a private garden where breakfast is served in the summer and an internal room. The rooms are all equipped with private bathroom and air conditioning, furnished with antique furniture and original paintings.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

La Casa di Annusca is located in the ZTL in the San Frediano district in Florence in the area known as the Oltrarno, famous for its nightlife and craft shops. Florence Santa Maria Novella station can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or in 10 minutes by bus which stops 1 minute from the hotel (Serragli Campuccio stop). From the B&B it is possible to reach the Torrigiani Garden and the Corsi Garden in 1 minute on foot, the Boboli Gardens in 6 minutes, the Pitti Palace in 8 minutes and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore in 20 minutes on foot.

ROOMS

The rooms, tastefully furnished and embellished with antiques, can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. They are all equipped with private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, kettle and Wi-Fi connection. Some have a view of the internal garden. There is an accommodation consisting of a living room with sofa bed and a double bedroom, as well as some rooms with Smart TV, balcony and garden view.

SERVICES

The property has a shared kitchen, an internal dining room and a private garden, where breakfast is also served during the summer.

Children: high chairs can be requested at the table.
Animals: access allowed on request.

FOOD

The sweet and savory breakfast is served à la carte in the common room. During the summer it is possible to consume it outdoors in the private garden.
