LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The property is just a 2-minute walk from the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, an ideal location for visiting the entire Tuscan capital on foot. Palazzo Strozzi and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore are in fact just 5 minutes away from the hotel, while Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio can be reached with a 10-minute walk. The property can be reached from the Santa Maria Novella railway station in 5 minutes on foot, while from the Amerigo Vespucci airport it takes 20 minutes by car or 25 minutes by tram line T2.

ROOMS

The 18 rooms offered are welcoming and furnished in the typical style of the Tuscan tradition, characterized by warm tones, terracotta floors and walnut wood furniture. The rooms can be single, double, twin, triple or quadruple and can accommodate a baby cot. All soundproofed and recently refurbished, they are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi connection. Each has its own private bathroom, equipped with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set.

SERVICES

Hotel Nizza has a private parking agreement a short distance away. As soon as you enter the facility, you are greeted by the reception desk, open 24 hours a day with space for luggage storage that can be used in case of arrival before check-in time or after check-out (by midnight). Wi-Fi is free in all areas, while the fax and photocopying service is available for a fee.
