DESCRIPTION

Stella del Mar is a bed and breakfast in Bologna built in an Art Nouveau villa with garden. The property is located in the Murri residential district, not far from the historic centre, and is well served by public transport. It has large rooms with a romantic and elegant style and independent studios for 2/3 people or mini-apartments for up to 6 people. Private parking is available on site and you can take advantage of an agreement with the Olympic swimming pool of the adjacent structure.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The B&B is located in a quiet area of the Murri residential district of Bologna, near the state road, in a convenient position both for those traveling by car and for those using public transport: a 2-minute walk from the hotel, the bus stops allows you to reach the Margherita Gardens in 7 minutes and Piazza Maggiore, the San Petronio Basilica and the Two Towers in 20 minutes. The central station can be reached in 15 minutes by car or 30 by bus, Marconi airport in 20 minutes by car or 35 by public transport.

ROOMS

Guests of the villa can stay in 4 elegant and refined double bedrooms in Art Nouveau or neoclassical style, united by the presence of a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a minibar and a private bathroom with a shower compartment. The studio flat with kitchenette can accommodate up to 3 people and has an independent entrance directly from the garden, a corner of which is for private use of the studio flat. The mini-apartment for 6 instead consists of an independent entrance, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a tavern with kitchen and a living room with fireplace.

SERVICES

The large garden that surrounds the building has various relaxation corners with tables, chairs or benches as well as a guarded parking area available to guests (upon request, subject to availability). If it is not possible to park in the garden, guests can take advantage of the free parking spaces along the street. Inside the structure there is a common relaxation area consisting of a living room with sofas, TV and bookcase. The Wi-Fi connection is free in all areas.

Swimming pool: next to the B&B there is a sports center with an outdoor Olympic swimming pool, accessible with a daily supplement. The 50m2 pool is surrounded by a solarium area with sun loungers and a bar.

The breakfast is Italian with biscuits and other pre-packaged sweets, tea and coffee.
