DESCRIPTION

The Second Floor Bed and Breakfast is located in Bologna, on the second floor of a 20th century building in Via dell'Indipendenza. The apartment, completely renovated, features comfortable rooms with modern furnishings, some overlooking the street. The Italian breakfast is served in the room, the reception is always open and there is a paid parking inside the building.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The Second Floor B&B is located in Via dell'Indipendenza, less than 10 minutes from Bologna Central Station and a few minutes from the Montagnola Park and Piazza VIII Agosto. Walking along via dell'Indipendenza you can reach Piazza Maggiore in 10 minutes and the two towers Garisenda and Asinelli in 15 minutes. G. Marconi airport is 20 minutes away by car or with the Marconi Express shuttle departing from the station.

ROOMS

The B&B consists of a Deluxe Double Room, a Duplex Suite on two floors, and a Family Suite, with a terrace and view of the Montagnola Park. Both suites can accommodate up to 4 people. The 3 units are large and elegant, characterized by parquet floors, carpets, wardrobes with internal lighting, sofas and king size beds. In addition to fiber Wi-Fi and smart TVs with free Netflix, the rooms are equipped with USB wall sockets, minibars and safes. Room service is available.

SERVICES

In the building there is an underground parking, for a fee, from which you can directly access the B&B by lift and with an electronic key or smartphone. Reception is open 24 hours a day, luggage storage, laundry and ironing services are available for a fee, as is a private shuttle service. At this structure it is possible to book cooking lessons, tours and guided tours on foot or by bike, excursions.

Children: family solutions and extra beds are available for a fee.
Sports: Bicycles are available for hire and squash lessons and aerobics, tennis and golf training sessions with personal trainers can be booked.
Pets : admitted on request with supplement.

FOOD

Breakfast is served in your room and consists of fresh and packaged baked goods, sometimes even sweets such as homemade ring-shaped cake or muffins. Beverages include coffee, milk, cappuccino, fruit juices and freshly squeezed juices. It is possible to request alternative foods for particular diets. Upon request, fruit, wine and champagne are available for a fee.
