DESCRIPTION

The Poggio San Luca B&B is housed in a historic residence immersed in the green hills of Bologna, just outside the city centre. The accommodation proposal includes a large attic suite on the second floor of the structure, equipped with a quadruple bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle, relaxation corner with breakfast table and private access to the panoramic terrace, with a view of the hills and the Sanctuary of Madonna di St. Luke. The location is particularly convenient for those traveling by car thanks to the presence of free on-site parking.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The B&B is located in the residential district of Zaragoza, southwest of the historic centre. From here it is possible to reach the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca in about 20 minutes by car, passing through the panoramic viewpoint at the 300 steps, through the public park of Villa Spada and through the Meloncello arch. In 15 minutes by car you can also reach the beginning of the Via degli Dei (nature trail that continues to Florence), the historic center of Bologna and the central station. The airport is just over 20 minutes away by car.

Poggio San Luca offers a large attic suite with double bed and sofa bed, able to accommodate up to 4 people. Functional and elegant, its spaces include a relaxation corner, a living room equipped for breakfast, a bathroom with shower cubicle and direct access to the terrace. The accommodation has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, mini-bar, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The large garden that surrounds the structure can be used for walks in the greenery or simple moments of relaxation and also contains the guarded parking, available free of charge for cars and cycles and with e-bike recharge for a fee.
