DESCRIPTION

Art Hotel Commercianti is a 4-star boutique hotel in the historic center of Bologna located in a period building, the former seat of the Municipality in the 12th century. Elegant and luxurious, it features original features such as frescoes and beamed ceilings. The hotel offers rooms with classic furnishings and dependance apartments in a modern style. LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The hotel is located in the medieval center of Bologna, in a quiet pedestrian area, overlooking the Basilica of San Petronio. Most of the places of tourist interest are within walking distance: Piazza Maggiore, the Fountain of Neptune and the Archiginnasio are less than 3 minutes away. To reach the hotel from the station, the journey takes 15 minutes by bus, while the distance from the airport is 30 minutes with the Marconi Express shuttle departing from the station.

There are Classic or Deluxe double and twin rooms with terrace and Suites with living area. Embellished with luxurious furnishings and precious fabrics, they are equipped with a private bathroom with shower or bathtub. In all rooms there is a satellite TV, a kettle, a minibar, air conditioning and a safe. The hotel also has modern apartments with kitchen located in an annex in the pedestrian area of Via D'Azeglio, a few steps from the main building.
