The prices of the price list are per person per day with a minimum stay of 3 days.
TOURIST TAX:
Excluded. € 1.50 per person per day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, excluding children up to 14 years.

CONDITIONS
Bookings:

- Following a request from the Customer, the booking office of the Hotel Niagara will present a quote for each room that will remain unchanged for 48 hours and may be accepted or rejected by the client.
- The reservation is considered completed when the booking office will communicate confirmation of acceptance of the same
- The rooms requested by the customer will be optioned until the arrival of the deposit by postal order or bank transfer.
Payments:
- In order to guarantee the reservation the consumer is required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total stay, this amount may be changed at the discretion of the hotel owner
- The deposit must be paid by the customer only when the hotel confirms the availability of the room and will communicate acceptance of the booking.
- Failure to pay within 7 days of the sum established as a confirmatory deposit, constitutes clause resolving the contract by the hotel.
- Reservations will not be guaranteed for which no deposit will be received
- The balance of the amount of the booked stay and the "extra" expenses may be made the evening before the day of departure.
- No reimbursement is provided for meals included in the treatment booked and not consumed in the Hotel, while the meal may be reimbursed or recovered, compatibly with the availability of the restaurant, any meal not used on the day of arrival.
Check-in / Check-out:
- The room booked and confirmed by deposit will be guaranteed to the customer up to 20.00 on the day of arrival, after this time, in the absence of any communication, the hotel will be free from any contractual obligation being able to reassign the room in question.
Changes in the booking by the customer:
- Any change of the original booking request by phone or email must be communicated to the hotel at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date and a new estimate will be sent by the hotel with the new request.
- In case of non-communication, the hotel management will retain from the confirmatory deposit three nights of stay as compensation (as provided for in Article 2 of Chapter I "various services and services" of the Provincial Collection of Uses ) for each person not present in the hotel and will be 'reformulated by the structure a new quote with the characteristics of the new booking.
Cancellation penalties (before and during the stay):
- The consumer who withdraws from the contract by notifying the hotel within 60 days, before the beginning of the stay, will be charged as a penalty (guaranteed by deposit) 10% of the entire package booked, after this period will be charged 20% (all the deposit)
- The customer who, once the stay has started, will need for personal reasons to reduce the period of stay compared to the one booked and guaranteed by the Hotel, is required to pay the entire period previously booked as such sudden change will result in a missed sale and consequent loss of the company that has in the meantime had to give up the sale of the room in question to other booking requests.

- Any damage to the room not reported on arrival by the customer and found by the staff during the period of stay will be fully charged to the customer himself, after consulting the competent technicians
Parking area:
- The parking areas owned by the hotel are no guarded and free based on availability. No responsibility will be assumed by the property for any type of damage occurred to the vehicles during the stay.
